Lui Cha :- A Hakka Type of Crusine

Had this Lui Cha for my lunch today prepared by my mom. One of my favorite dish. I remember Mr.Lo from ESAB Singapore (Working Friends) brought me to one Lui Cha stall near his office @ Singapore. I still remember the taste and would like to try it again some other day.

Will need to ask Mr.Lo whats that place named again.
